Community Impact Award
The Women’s Opportunity Resource Center (WORC) is celebrating Women during National Entrepreneurship Week by honoring entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia region that have had a significant impact on the community as an individual or through their business. The Community Impact Award will recognize one Established Entrepreneur and one Young Trail Blazer at the Impact Awards on (To Be Determined). The Impact Awards are made possible by the Citi Foundation. While the Established Women in business is chosen by an internal committee you can determine who the Young Trail Blazer will be. Young Trail Blazer Eligibility Requirements
- Nominees must be a WORC client (past or present) live in the Philadelphia region: Philadelphia County, Bucks County, Delaware County, Camden County, Montgomery County, Gloucester County, Chester County, Burlington County.
- Can be self-nominated or nominated by another person
- The ideal candidates will demonstrate having social impact on the community, business success (financial results, career growth), community involvement, leadership ability and influence (impact on the region, on public policy, or on quality of life).

Judging and Notification
Applications are due by or before (To Be Determined). The winners will be selected by a panel of judges. The winner will be notified at the Impact Awards on (To Be Determined). All nominees must be available to attend the awards ceremony.
